A purchase account is a quality of purchase within your organization that you create to order and manage products and services by registering them with an MPSA. This account can be a department, a related company, part of the staff, or your entire organization. To register a purchase account, you must complete a registration form for the purchase account and designate a legal entity on the form. This links both the acquiring person and the legal person to the terms of the MPSA. Each purchase account is registered only once and a type of commercial, academic or public sector is assigned to each account. You can have purchase accounts of different sector types on an MPSA. A purchase account is defined as a contract administrator. The contract administrator manages the MPSA, oversees the participation of other purchasing accounts in the MPSA and can display the assets in their entirety in all accounts. You can view your software licenses and cloud services through an MPSA at the Microsoft Business Center. To view software licenses through a different Microsoft Volume Licensing Agreement, use the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC). After your licenses and cloud services are fully covered by an MPSA, all your purchases can be viewed through the MPSA in a single tool. Contact your partner if you have any questions about your entire license position. You can provide cloud services directly from the Microsoft Business Center that sends a processing order to the partner you selected. Your partner then charges you for your cloud services purchase. The business center allows you to manage and assign your cloud service workstations via the „Online Services” tile.
